ITINERARY:

Day 1: Ooty

Pick up from Coimbatore airport/railway station and check into the hotel at Ooty- Queen of hill stations. It is situated at an altitude of 2,240 meters above sea level and was a  popular summer and weekend getaway for the Britishers during the colonial days. Check into the hotel relax for the day. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Ooty

Today proceed for a sightseeing tour of Ooty. Visit Botanical Gardens which is spread over 22 hectares with well maintained lawns, rare tree species, a 20 million year old fossilized tree, an Italian - style garden, a vast variety of flowering bushes and orchids.  Visit Conoor Tea Gardens, Ooty Lake, Deer park,Dolphin's Nose, Sim’s Park and Doddabetta Peak etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Ooty - Kodaikanal

Today after the breakfast drive to Kodaikanal and check into the hotel. The charm of Kodaikanal lies in its wooded slopes and gigantic trees. The mighty rocks, the meadows, the long stretches of forests are of real delights to the onlookers. Rest of the day is free for you to relax at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Kodaikanal

Today proceed for a sightseeing of Kodaikanal includes Berijam lake- 24-hectare lake which was created in 1863 by Sir vere Hendry Levinge, the former  Collector of Madurai. Proceed to visit Kurinji Andavar - a famous shrine dedicated to lord Muruga. Then visit Bryant's park noted for its flowers, Green Valley, Pillar Rocks and Coakers Walk – a hill edged path way. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Leave Kodaikanal

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Madurai airport/railway station for your onward journey.
